Our baking chocolate range brings together Callebaut couverture (dark, milk, white and ruby) and Lindt couverture (white and milk), ideal for ganache, mousse, coatings and moulded chocolates. Coloured candy melts in pink, blue, light blue or natural white are easy to work with and perfect for drip cakes, cake pops and party bakes in your theme colours.
