Yule Log Moulds

A good Yule log mould is the key to a successful bûche de Noël, whether frozen, mousse-based or a classic roll. Our log moulds with single or double inserts hold a fruit or praline centre, and the PVC insert slips into a standard log tin. The extendable log tin, from 28 to 45 cm, adjusts to the number of guests.
