Great éclairs, choux buns and doughnuts start with piping the dough. Our disposable piping bags in 30, 40, 46 or 56 cm, in packs of up to 100, and the reusable bag with six nozzles let you pipe even éclairs and then fill them with crème pâtissière.

The silicone éclair and choux mat, with printed guides, sets the size of each piece, while the 40 x 30 cm perforated baking tray gives well-risen, dry choux pastry. After baking, the three-tier rack lets everything cool, then 350 ml icing bottles and pastry brushes help you glaze éclairs and doughnuts neatly.
