Usage instructions:

Press the ON/OFF button to turn the thermometer on and off.
Press the °C/°F button to select your desired unit of measurement.
To check the temperature away from a heat source, press HOLD to lock the display. The "H" symbol will appear on the screen.
Press the HOLD button again, the thermometer resumes measuring.
Temperature range: -50°C to +300°C.
Automatically switches off after 10 minutes.
Battery: 1 x 1.5V (LR44)
