Silicone moulds have transformed modern pastry: flexible and non-stick, they release a frozen entremets effortlessly and create shapes that would be impossible in metal. Our Silikomart and Pavoni range includes iconic designs such as Essenziale 1000, Eclipse 1000, Goccia, Batticuore, Intreccio and Wooly, the 5 Layer Cake mould for even tiers, and the Honoré mould.
