Dummy Cake

A dummy cake is a polystyrene cake form used for practising cake decorating, building a shop window display or adding a decorative tier to a wedding cake. Covered in sugarpaste, it looks just like the real thing, lasts for a long time and reduces the amount of cake you need to bake.

Our round dummies come in 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 cm diameters and in 7, 10 or 15 cm heights, so you can put together a tiered cake to measure.
