Our gluten-free baking mixes let you serve a celebration cake that everyone can share, including guests with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease. Simply add the fresh ingredients listed on the pack for a batter that is ready to bake.

The range includes a 400 g red velvet mix with its signature colour, a 500 g cupcake mix, a 500 g brownie mix for rich, fudgy brownies and a 500 g gluten-free buttercream mix for filling and decorating. The 400 g white lace mix, also gluten-free, is used to make delicate sugar lace to decorate your cakes.
