The harmonious combination of coffee and plum aromas perfectly complements the rich cacao flavour. The traditional manufacturing process highlights its orange blossom and cinnamon perfume, which gives Maracaibo Clasificado 65% a festive character further enhanced by the subtle bouquet of dried grapes, gradually fading into a languid, very long finish on the palate.

This couverture is divine for coating pralines and specialities, for moulding hollow bodies as well as for preparing ganaches, mousse & creams.
