Baking Mats, Trays & Paper

A silicone baking mat or perforated tray makes all the difference for evenly baked bases and biscuits that lift off easily. We stock Silpat sheets in 30 x 40 cm and 52 x 31.5 cm, perforated silicone mats and 40 x 30 cm perforated aluminium trays for consistent heat.

Specialist mats with printed guides help you pipe macarons, éclairs and choux buns, while the sponge mat gives a perfectly even Swiss roll. For chocolate work, guitar sheets give a glossy finish, and pre-cut baking paper lines your tins neatly.

Once baked, transfer your bakes to our cooling racks. Have a look at our rolling pins and the full range of baking utensils too, delivered within Switzerland.
