Callebaut Chocolat Gold - 400g

Callebaut's gold-tinted chocolate galets have a unique taste, both intense and balanced, with rich caramel notes, butter, cream and a hint of salt. These gold-tinted galets have a beautiful intense caramel and pale amber color.

They are made from the finest Belgian chocolate and are ideal for making chocolates, bavarois, ganaches and other sweets. Of course, you can also melt the pebbles and beautifully cover your cupcakes and cookies with chocolate.

If they are subject to thermal variations, the pebbles are likely to melt during transport. You can still use them, but their original shape may be altered. Follow the instructions for use on the packaging.
