Icings & Food Pens

Drip cake icing and edible food pens are the tools for writing a name, drawing fine details or creating a dramatic drip effect. Our ready-to-use drip icings in white, pink, red, black, brown or gold are warmed for a few seconds and then poured in even drips over the edge of a well-chilled cake.

Edible food pens, sold singly in black or in sets of 5 and 6 colours, draw faces and outlines on sugarpaste, cake discs or iced biscuits. Icing pens and choco pens, singly or in packs of 10, are ideal for birthday messages or decorating cupcakes and Christmas biscuits.
