Pastry Fondant - Rose (300g)

Use this pink fondant pâtissier to create icings for all your cakes, including éclairs, religieuses, mille-feuilles and choux.

Its small 300 g size is ideal for making small volumes. What's more, it's already colored, which saves a considerable amount of time.

Instructions for use: Soften white fondant pâtissier at 30-35°C in the microwave or bain-marie before use.
