How to use the white pastry pen?

Heat the tube in a bain-marie or microwave in 10-second increments until semi-liquid. On your creations, create the decorations of your choice and leave to set.

Place your model under a sheet of parchment paper and reproduce the design. Wait a few minutes for it to dry and harden, before placing it on the dessert.

Use as much or as little as you like.
