Preparation: mix 150 g of mixture with 100 ml of water in a bowl. Leave to stand for 1 hour. Whip 180 g softened butter on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add half the butter to the mix and blend until completely absorbed. Add the remaining butter and blend for a further 5 minutes at high speed. Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from temperature changes and heat sources.
