Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Food should be at room temperature. Mix 500 g mix, 250 g butter and 190 g eggs (3½-4 pcs) in a bowl. Blend for 3 minutes on medium speed to obtain a thick batter. Fill a buttered cake tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
