Preparation: Preheat oven to 170°C (fan oven 160°C). Mix 140 g soft butter. Add 400 g mix and 200 g eggs (4 pieces) and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin (approx. Ø18-20 cm) and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for approx. 50 min. Turn out immediately and cool on a baking sheet.
