Silfry Mat grey silicone air fryer mat (19.5 x 17 cm)

The Silfry Mat from Silikomart is a 195 x 170 mm silicone mat with a 7 mm rim, designed for air fryer cooking. It sits at the bottom of the basket to protect it and make cleaning easier after preparing your savoury or sweet recipes.

Handy every day, it lets you reheat pastries, small cakes or vegetables without dirtying the drawer, then simply lift it out at the end of cooking. Its understated grey colour goes with any kitchen equipment.

Made in Italy by Silikomart, a specialist in food-grade silicone, this reusable mat is a sustainable alternative to disposable papers and trays.
