The Silikomart baking mat is a silicone mat made from fiberglass specially designed for working with sugar paste and other doughs.

It is also ideal for shaping marzipan, gumpaste, modeling chocolate and other sweets. It withstands temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C.
