Before use, leave the can at room temperature (20-25°C) for 2 hours. Shake well, then warm the can in lukewarm water (25-35°C). Spray a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. Leave to stand for at least 4 hours before tasting. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle. Clean nozzle with lukewarm water if necessary. Store away from heat and light. Caution: Extremely flammable aerosol. Professional use: always follow instructions.
