Vanilla Flavouring Paste (100g)

This FunCakes food flavouring is ideal for deliciously flavouring your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and other fillings.

FunCakes flavourings can be added to the dough and therefore work perfectly during baking. Ideal for flavouring your biscuit or cupcake dough for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. Add an extra amount of food flavouring if the baking temperature is high (above 200°C); this can indeed reduce the strength of the flavour. These flavourings can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g of preparation.
