Instructions for use :

Press the ON/OFF button to switch the thermometer on and off.
Press the °C/°F button to select the desired unit of measurement.
To view the temperature away from a heat source, press HOLD to lock the display. The "H" symbol appears on the display.
Press the HOLD button again, and the thermometer resumes measurement.
Temperature range: -50°C to +300°C.

Keep out of the reach of children.
Clean the probe with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
