Velvet Spray White

Here's a white velvet spray that will give your cake the impression of fresh snow :)

You can cover your entremets, mousses or ice creams with this spray.

Tips:

- Velvet sprays should be used on frozen preparations.

- Once you've sprayed your dessert, you can put it back in the freezer for a few days.

- Velvet spray is highly volatile, so we recommend spraying in a large carton, in the dishwasher or outdoors.

- As it contains cocoa butter (which can congeal depending on temperature), we recommend that you soak the spray in hot water for a few minutes before use, to ensure uniform application.
