Silicone Mould - Fluorescence

Here's the "Florescence" silicone mold that will enable you to make a flower-shaped dessert or one reminiscent of the famous Saint-Honoré.

To decorate your dessert, we recommend using the velvet spray.

This mold can also be used for savory preparations or cakes.

Suitable for temperatures ranging from -20°C to +230°C, it is also dishwasher-safe.

Precautions for use: do not place in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use sharp-edged tools in the mold. Before first use and after each use, wash in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Slight stains may appear during use, but they do not affect the quality of the product.
