Silicone Mat - Frozen Log

Do you already have the classic Silikomart log mould in your kitchen, and would like to add some relief to your dessert in a simple but effective way?

Here's the "Bûche Frozen" textured mat to place at the bottom of your mold so that your preparation is adorned with pretty snowflakes.

Easy to use, simply place the mat in the mould before pouring your preparation, and when ready, gently remove the mat.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can also fill each snowflake with chocolate for a truly original result.

Suitable for temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, it is also dishwasher-safe.
