Sheets azyme A4 - 0.3mm

Set of 100 unleavened sheets of A4 size (21 x 29,7 cm), thickness 0,3 mm.

These edible unleavened sheets are specially designed forfood printing: once printed the desired pattern, you can put it on your cake, for a personalized decoration.

Moreover, the unleavened sheets are essential to the realization of the nougat and the calissons. You just have to cut them to the desired size.

Finally, you can also use the food felt pens, to write and draw on them and thus realize personalized cake decorations!

The unleavened sheets cannot be put on wet cakes (Bavarian mousse, whipped cream, mousse...), because they will absorb the humidity, like a blotter. Prefer a sheet of fondant.
