Ready-to-use sugar paste, specially designed for covering cakes. It's extremely elastic and tear-resistant: it's easy to achieve a professional result even with very thin layers (it can be used up to 1 mm thick without cracking), and easily withstands temperature changes. Ideal for use in humid conditions.
We recommend working the paste by hand for at least two minutes before use, to make it elastic and easy to handle. If this is not enough, we recommend heating it briefly in a microwave oven (700 WATT) for a maximum of 10 seconds.
The dough is suitable for hot, humid climates. It can be worked without difficulty even at temperatures above 30°C and at high humidity levels.
Pasta Top can also be used for cakes that need to be kept refrigerated. It can be colored with fat-soluble food coloring powders or gels. It has a delicate vanilla aroma that enhances its sweet flavor and blends perfectly with that of the cake.
