Rhodoid Ribbon 10cm (10m)

This acetate strip is 10 cm wide and comes as a 10 m roll. It acts as an insulator for stainless steel moulds.

Place it inside the stainless steel mould to line the sides and achieve entremets with clean edges. It is not suitable for baking and does not go in the oven, so keep it for cold preparations. The 10 m roll can be cut into several strips.
