PEAR Purée is made from fresh pears harvested when fully ripe and carefully sorted.
The fruit undergoes a sieving process to separate the pulp from the skin and seeds, and is then pasteurized.
This purée has a thick, homogeneous texture, with dark grains characteristic of the pear's skin. It is ready for use in a variety of recipes, including jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails and more.
This purée is conveniently packaged in a flexible gourd with a resealable cap for easy use.
