Puree of mangue

This MANGO PUREE is made from carefully selected, fully ripe mangoes.

The fruit undergoes a complete process: peeling, pitting, crushing and sieving, before being pasteurized to obtain a smooth, fluid purée.

This purée is ready for use in a multitude of recipes, such as jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, and many others.

It's conveniently packaged in a soft flask with a resealable cap for easy use.

Fruit content : 100% Mango.
