This red fruit purée is the perfect ingredient for your fruity desserts in winter and summer alike.
Thanks to its versatility, it can be used in a variety of creations. Ideal for logs, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches and even cocktails!
Purée obtained from RED FRUIT harvested when ripe and sorted.
The fruit is sieved to separate the pulp from the achenes and stalks, then pasteurized.
A smooth, homogeneous puree.
Ready to use, you can make a wide range of recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit jellies, toppings, cocktails, etc...
Conveniently packaged in a flexible flask with a resealable cap.
