Our PASSION FRUIT PUREE is obtained from fruit harvested when fully ripe and carefully sorted.

These fruits undergo a mechanical crushing process followed by sieving to separate the pulp from the seeds.

The purée is homogeneous and fluid, ready to be used in a variety of recipes such as jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, and many others.

It's conveniently packaged in a flexible gourd fitted with a resealable cap for easy use.
