Pure Cocoa Butter (160g)

Pure cocoa butter, made from a selection of whole roasted cocoa beans, neutral in color and flavor.

Ideal for tempering, rehydrating and transforming chocolate: simply add a few discs of melted cocoa butter to the melted chocolate to obtain a creamier, more homogeneous texture.

Excellent base for mixing with colorants to obtain colored chocolate, applied with a small brush.
