Pumpkin Spice Baking Emulsion (118 ml)

This baking emulsion brings the spicy notes of pumpkin spice, the classic autumn spice blend, to your cakes, cookies, icings, fillings and desserts. Being water-based, it does not bake out in the heat like classic alcohol-based extracts, giving a rich, bold and long-lasting taste.

The flavour is micro-encapsulated in stabilisers and suspended in water, making it particularly stable when baking at high temperatures. It is easy to use: 1 teaspoon of extract equals 1 teaspoon of emulsion.

It comes in a 118 ml bottle made of recyclable, BPA-free PET plastic. This emulsion contains alcohol among its ingredients.
