Preparation: See quantity chart on packaging or visit www.funcakes.com for proportions and baking time. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Elements must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6 to 8 minutes to obtain a light dough. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx.20 cupcakes with 500 g mixing recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
