Their golden-brown color and vanilla flavor will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! Cupcakes are perfect for decorating with sugar paste, marzipan or buttercream swirls. Getting into a creative flow? Use this mix to make mini cupcakes, cake pops, a cake or a round cake. And add FunCakes flavoring pastes or FunColours colorants to vary according to taste and color. It all works, and it's just as delicious and fun to make.

• This cake mix will give you perfectly even, flat cupcakes with a delicious vanilla taste.
• Just add eggs and butter to create these fluffy, golden cupcakes. Cupcakes already have a delicious vanilla flavor, but can receive unique bursts of flavor with FunCakes flavor pastes.
• You can use this cake mix to make delicious cupcakes, but also mini cupcakes or a cake! All pastry quality.
• Contents: 1 kg.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Elements must be at room temperature. For 20 to 24 cupcakes: 500 g baking mix, 250 g butter (cream) and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix on low speed for 4 minutes to obtain a smooth batter. Line a muffin tin with paper moulds, using an ice-cream scoop to fill the moulds halfway with batter. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 18-20 minutes. Fancy some mini cupcakes? With 500 g of Cupcake Mix, you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or would you prefer a cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
