Jar of powdered gelatine 50 g for preparing your creams, flans, mousses, sweets… 1 jar of powdered gelatine = 25 gelatine sheets!
Dosage: 2 g of powdered gelatine = 1 gelatine sheet
Usage: pour the gelatine into cold water. To do this, add 6 times its weight in water (e.g. for 2g of gelatine, hydrate in 12 g of water). Mix then let it swell for 3 minutes. Incorporate the mixture directly into your hot preparation and mix well. The gelatine should not be added to a boiling preparation as it would lose its gelling effect.
