How to care for your aluminum baking sheet?
Wash with hot water and washing-up liquid, dry well and store in a dry place. Do not put in dishwasher. Do not microwave. Do not cut on the plate, as this may damage the coating.
Store flat, dry and away from moisture.
Thanks to its non-stick coating, there's no need to grease the griddle (except in exceptional cases).
