Pectin NH is a food additive with gelling properties, used in pastry-making for thick-textured jams, milk jams, glazing sauces, fruit purées, gelled dairy desserts and dietetic products.
How to use pectin NH: 0.5 to 1.5% of the preparation.
To disperse the product without lumps, either pre-mix the pectin NH dry with other dry ingredients, then pour the preparation into the liquid, or incorporate it into a non-solvent medium (oil, alcohol...).
Suitable for vegetarians.
For use in foodstuffs.
