Fancy Violet sugar paste has a beautiful violet color and a delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for covering cakes and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and spread over a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use sugar paste for modeling or creating different shapes and designs. Also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Leave the sugar paste to rest for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead sugar paste again before further processing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you'll need around 500 g of sugar paste.
- FunCakes sugar paste has a delicious vanilla taste, is very soft, creamy and easy to use thanks to its fine structure. It is soft, flexible and hardens completely after processing.

Preparation: The following process is recommended for best results: Let the sugar paste reach room temperature. Knead sugar paste firmly until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin into an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the dough over by a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible at the edges when the sugar dough is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolled out. The sugar paste is now ready to use.
