Oil-Based Velvet Spray Green (250 ml)

This green velvet spray made with vegetable oil gives entremets, mousses and frozen desserts a matt, velvety finish worthy of pâtisserie windows. Sprayed onto a well-frozen piece, it creates a fine, textured layer of fresh green in an instant.

Its colour pairs perfectly with pistachio, matcha tea or green apple desserts, and adds a natural touch to Christmas yule logs and spring cakes. Shake the can, warm it gently in a bain-marie, then spray from about 25 to 30 cm away from the dessert.

Formulated with vegetable fats from palm kernel and coconut, it offers a practical alternative to coloured cocoa butter. Leave to set for at least one hour before serving.
