Create magnificent decorations on your cakes by adding touches of light color, in the form of gems, windows, mosaics... FunCakes isomalt can be heated without losing its softness or changing color.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700 W in a heatproof bowl) or in a saucepan at 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a dish filled with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. Once tempered, you can color it and use it as you wish. WARNING: Melted isomalt is very hot!
