Usage and storage advice:

• recommended dosage: 2 to 3% of the weight of your preparation
• shake before use
• store in closed packaging, away from light and heat
• store between 0°C and +4°C after opening
• for food products: limited use
• do not ingest in its pure form

Food flavourings can be used in both hot and cold preparations. When you wish to incorporate it into a preparation that will require cooking, we recommend increasing the dosage. Since flavouring is sensitive to heat, it loses its potency under the effect of heat. The dosage of the flavouring will be determined according to the intensity you wish to bring to your preparation.
