Pois discs silicone mould (26 cavities)

The Pois mould, designed by chef Michele Abbatemarco, makes small discs in three sizes: 6 cavities of 45 mm, 8 of 35 mm and 12 of 20 mm, all 8 mm high. In GN 1/3 format, it easily finds its place in a professional kitchen as well as at home.

The discs are used alone or stacked to give volume to a plated dessert, and suit mini desserts, petits fours, buffets and catering.

Made of platinum silicone, it withstands -60 °C to +230 °C, can be used in the oven, microwave, freezer and blast chiller, and is dishwasher safe.
