Mora & Lampone silicone mould (5 x 110 ml)

The Mora & Lampone mould reproduces the shape of a blackberry and a raspberry in three dimensions, for individual desserts of striking realism. Designed with pastry chef Nicolas Lambert, it adds a fruity, tempting touch to dessert plates and display cases alike.

It has five cavities of 65 mm in diameter and 67 mm in height, 110 ml each, and comes with a plastic support that holds the shape during filling and deep-freezing.

The platinum silicone withstands -60 °C to +230 °C: it suits mousses and frozen entremets as well as baked preparations, and is dishwasher safe.
