Micro Dome 1.5 silicone mould (216 cavities)

The Dome 1.5 mould from the Micro range has 216 small half-spheres of 15 mm in diameter and 11 mm in height, 1.5 ml each. It is used to prepare small inserts to freeze and then incorporate into leavened doughs: panettone, colomba, fruit croissants or modern viennoiserie.

These mini domes are also used to decorate desserts evenly. The platinum silicone gives a clean turning out after freezing as well as after baking.
