Micro Cube 1 silicone mould (336 cavities)

The Cube 1 mould from the Micro range, designed with Gabriele Vannucci, brings together 336 small cubic cavities of 11 x 11 mm, about 1 ml each. It is used to prepare small inserts to freeze and then incorporate into leavened doughs such as viennoiseries, panettone or colomba.

These micro cubes also have their place on a plated dessert or as a decoration in the style of nuggets. The platinum silicone ensures clean turning out and good stability in cold and heat, and the mould is dishwasher safe.
