Lisca fishbone silicone mould (16 cavities)

The Lisca 4 mould is part of the Naturae range, developed with chefs for the restaurant trade. It offers 16 cavities of 104 x 35 mm and 4 mm thick, in the shape of a fishbone, to create graphic and original decorations.

Each cavity holds about 2 ml, i.e. 65 ml in total, an ideal size for thin, crisp tuiles that add relief to a plate, sweet or savoury. The liquid platinum silicone, very flexible and heat resistant, makes it easier to turn out delicate pieces.
