Gingermen gingerbread silicone mould (8 x 115 ml)

The Gingermen 115 mould shapes eight cylindrical individual portions whose sides are decorated with a ring of gingerbread men. The smooth top can be personalised as you wish with a mirror glaze, a velvet effect or chocolate decorations.

Each cavity measures 61 mm in diameter and 44 mm in height for 115 ml, an ideal size for mousses, semifreddos, cremeux, inserts and baked cakes for the end-of-year festivities.

The platinum silicone withstands -60 °C to +230 °C, in the oven, microwave, freezer and blast chiller, and is dishwasher safe.
