Peluche log cake mould (1100 ml)

The Peluche mould creates a log cake with a textured, raised surface, with a soft, modern plush effect that draws every eye on the festive table. Assembled, the dessert measures 23.6 cm long, 7 cm wide and 9.1 cm high for 1100 ml of mixture.

It comes with a second matching silicone mould to make the finishing element and complete the decoration of the log cake.

Ideal for Christmas log cakes, frozen entremets or bavarois, it needs complete freezing before turning out so that the reliefs come away cleanly and keep all their definition.
