Poaching size: Ø19.5 cm

Use: oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer. Temperature-resistant from -20°C to + 230°C. Dishwasher, electric and conventional oven safe.

Precautions for use: Do not place the mold in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use sharp tools in the mold.

Before first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the mould only when you use it for the first time. Once the dough has been poured in, clean the edges of the cavities or the contours of your mold before placing in the oven.

Warning: carefully remove the mold from its support.
